Take two digital photos. One of the "For Sale" sign CLOSE UP so the info can be read and one photo of the actual property for sale.
E-mail the photos along with appropriate information: Country - State or area - County - City or town - and the general vicinity of the property that is for sale and the Road, Street or Highway and address if possible.
Land Dirt Cheap will build a web-page for the parcel and give it a unique web-address.
We will contact the seller for the text information that they would like on their web-page.
We will give them the web-page for 6 months or until sold for $299. And will invoice them by mail..
At the end of 30 days we will again ask them to pay the invoice or notify us to take the web-page off of landdirtcheap.com. If we do not hear from them within 30 days we will remove the web-page and will not attempt to collect any money from them. If, however, they wish to keep the web-page and send us payment for the invoice, we will leave the web-page on landdirtcheap.com for up to 6 months.
When the seller pays the invoice above (to keep the web-page until sold or up to 6 months) we will pay the photographer $20.00 for the two photos and the information supplied to us.
So how much can you make? This is only an example and there are no guarantees of any payment to you unless the seller actually pays the invoice sent to them to keep the web-page on landdirtcheap.com. Example: if you take photos of 20 properties for sale (which in many areas can be done in one hour) and only 10 of them pay to keep the web-page on landdirtcheap.com your compensation would be 10 X $20.00 = $200.00 for one hours work. If you took 200 photos of properties in one day that could amount to $2,000.00 for one days work. If all 200 of them paid the invoice that could be as much as $4,000.00 for one days work. Remember, we do not guarantee that even one will pay the invoice but we feel from experience that many of them will keep the web-page and pay the invoice (no guarantee).
There are no residuals and we do not pay for re-listings or additional listings by the same seller.
But if you want to have a few days fun with your digital camera and maybe make some money with it this could be just the thing for you and all you have to do is drive around your county and take some photos.
Then again, if you want to make a career out of it why not just travel the Country and take photos for money. That could be a lot of fun for anyone.
NOTE: you must have a business license of some sort so that we can make the payments to a company and not to an individual. If you are a professional photographer or a realtor that would be even better. You will be considered a sub-contractor and you must pay your own taxes by reporting it on your business income statement to the government. You will need to send us a copy of your business license so that we may verify that you are in a legitimate business - we will make payments to the business name - not to individuals. If this may be of interest to you send us an email and a copy of your business license - and, have fun with your camera.
START YOUR OWN BUSINESS
If you are NOT already in business you may want to go down to the city license department and apply for a Photographers Business License which should not be expensive and give your business a name for the purposes of receiving payment. You would also need to set up a business checking account at your bank to deposit the checks into - you should be able to start a Business Checking Account with as little as $100.00. Who knows, this may just be the business you have been dreaming of. Good Luck and let us know by clicking the link below. Thanks.
